Annual dues support common-area landscaping and maintenance, community improvements, utilities, website and technology expenses, and administrative costs.

The annual HOA assessment is $45.00 and is due by May 15th each year. Payments received after the May 15th deadline are subject to a $15.00 late fee, making the total amount due $60.00 after the deadline.
HOA dues help fund the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Lambeth Estates community, including common-area landscaping and maintenance, community improvements, utilities, website and technology expenses, administrative costs, and other services and responsibilities of the Association.
When submitting your annual HOA dues, please use the property owner's legal name exactly as it appears on the deed and include the property address associated with the payment. This helps ensure that your payment is accurately credited to the appropriate homeowner account.

Checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks should be made payable to the Lambeth Estates Homeowners Association and sent to the address below. Please write your property address on the memo line so the Treasurer can record the payment against the correct household.
