Covenant Enforcement Appeals
Appealing a violation notice or enforcement action.
Homeowners who believe a covenant violation or enforcement action has been issued in error may submit a written appeal to the Lambeth Estates Homeowners Association. Appeals must be completed and submitted within 10 calendar days of receiving the Notice of Violation. The appeal should identify the violation or enforcement action being challenged and include any relevant information or documentation supporting the homeowner’s position.
Submission of an appeal does not automatically suspend the required correction deadline, enforcement action, or applicable fines unless otherwise provided by the Association’s governing documents or approved by the Association.
